Wakiil is a software and technology service provider. We do not guarantee that automation will eliminate every error, manual task, or business risk.

2. Accounts

Some Wakiil services require an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Keeping login credentials confidential
• Managing appropriate user permissions
• Notifying us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Wakiil's own failure to maintain reasonable security.

You should review important information and configure appropriate approval controls before allowing automated systems to perform consequential actions.

Wakiil does not guarantee that AI-generated output will always be accurate or suitable for a particular business decision.

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the business data and content you provide to Wakiil, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the services.

You grant Wakiil permission to process and use that information as reasonably necessary to:

10. Intellectual Property

Wakiil's software, website, branding, designs, documentation, systems, and technology are owned by or licensed to Wakiil and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Wakiil intellectual property to you.

13. Disclaimers

Except where expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, Wakiil does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of every AI-generated output
• Business, financial, legal, tax, or operational outcomes

Any estimates, projections, calculators, or examples presented by Wakiil are illustrative and should not be treated as guarantees.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wakiil will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
